- Seal Freight Forwarders was incorporated in December 1990

1991

- The company started providing ISO marine container transportation services to all major Shipping companies in northern India with outsourced vehicles from 1st January, 1991

1992

- Seal started buying its own vehicles
- Custom clearance services (CHA license outsourced) and Freight Forwarding services were introduced

1995
to
1999

- Warehousing and distribution services were introduced and were provided to Motorola India (Cellular Infrastructure Group) division for entire North India and North-East between 1995 and 1999.

2005

- SEAL acquired a CHA Company with a fleet of 10 tractor trailers.

2007

- In January 2007, Seal Freight got its Multimodal Transport Document from DG Shipping
- Mumbai branch started operations in January
- Kolkata and Bangalore - Business Associates appointed
- SEAL bought property for office in Pune in September to start regional operations, especially targeting auto ancillary units
- Overseas Agents in China were appointed
- Full-fledged Forwarding division for general market started in December 2007. Till then forwarding activities were being done only for captive clients/business.

2008

- Chennai branch (partnered office) started operations in January.
- SEAL receives ISO 9001:2000 certification
- SEAL receives D&B rating: A2; Condition: Good

2009

-- SEAL moves its corporate office to Noida following an internal restructuring exercise.
- SEAL receives ISO 9001:2008 certification
